We are pleased to offer many types of massages. If you do not find the type of bodywork that you are interested in, please feel free to call and ask about new services that we may have recently added to our menu.

Relaxation/Swedish

This is the "traditional massage" requested for relaxation and stress reduction. This gentle system of long gliding strokes and moderate pressure helps improve circulation, relaxing muscles while soothing the body.

Partners Massage

A popular choice for couples -- You and a friend or partner are massaged in the same room, at the same time, by two different therapists. It's a great way to introduce your significant other to massage.

The Double Overtime

Two full hours of massage therapy for those needing that extra bit of relaxation or for when more time is required to achieve maximum therapeutic benefits.

Deep Tissue

Not recommended for those unaccustomed to receiving deep massage. Deep pressure is applied to specific areas to help reduce pain and tightness of muscles.

Thai on the Table

Sometimes called Lazy Man's Yoga, the therapist works with the client to achieve exotic stretching positions and disciplined breathing. This massage can leave you feeling invigorated, more consciously aware and profoundly rested.

Massage Cupping
By creating suction and negative pressure, Massage Cupping therapy softens tight muscles, lifts and tones attachments, brings hydration and blood flow to the body tissues, and drains excess fluids and toxins from the body.  This treatment is very relaxing, is result-oriented and best of all it feels terrific!

Therapeutic
Similar to Relaxation/Swedish, but with extra attention to areas of pain, discomfort or injury. Increased pressure and specialized techniques are used for pain reduction, increasing mobility and releasing toxins.

Hot Stones

The therapist uses heated polished stones to deliver deeply penetrating heat therapy.

Prenatal

For those in their second and third trimesters, prenatal massage therapy can help alleviate issues such as backache, shoulder tension, swelling, and aching legs and feet.

Chair Massage

Lasting only 5-15 minutes and done fully clothed, this can increase circulation, improve energy levels, open up back muscles, relieve strain on the neck and give tired eyes a brief respite. This a great way to give employees, clients or party-goers a much appreciated treat!

Manual Lymph Drainage

This gentle, light and very relaxing massage is excellent for relieving swelling (lymphedema) and removing toxins from the body.  Since very little oil or lotion is used, if any, it is a great treatment for clients that might need to get a massage on the run.
